Location: White Plains, NY (On-site, 3 days/week) **Fully-remote is not negotiable**

Compensation: $100,000 – $200,000 Incentives Profit share Excellent Benefits Package

A global chemical distribution business is seeking a Digital Operations Specialist to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and leadership to bridge business needs with technical execution across CRM, BI, and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize CRM and Order-to-Cash data structures to ensure data integrity and actionable reporting
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support profitability and sales performance analysis
• Lead development of Gen AI and low-code solutions (e.g., CoPilot Studio, Power Automate) to automate business processes
• Manage API/EDI integrations and provide technical support for E-Commerce and O2C systems
• Promote digital adoption and upskill internal users
  
  

Qualifications

For this role, candidates must be able to:

• Develop integrations
• Write SQL / DAX / basic code
• Build dashboards and data models
• Configure CRM/workflows
• Debug systems independently
• Work directly in API/EDI environments
• Strong Power BI expertise
• CRM administration experience
• Experience with Gen AI / low-code tools
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
