For the Operations Specialist position, your day-to-day might include things like:
- Leading recruitment efforts and building a consistent hiring pipeline for top-tier talent
- Assisting with HR activities like employee onboarding and offboarding, client onboarding and offboarding, and other routine HR tasks
- Operating accounts payable and receivable processes
- Setting up internal documentation to ease new employee onboarding
