▶︎ Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with Japanese and non-Japanese corporate clients for IT solutions and services.
- Manage and grow long-term relationships with key customer accounts.
- Identify customer requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions and services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project plans aligned with customer needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from business development through account management.
- Coordinate meetings and communications with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal technical teams.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account reports, and progress updates for management.
- Manage relationships with vendors and business partners to support joint service delivery.
- Support project coordination and technical resource planning for customer engagements.
- Expand existing customer accounts by identifying additional business opportunities (Account Farming).

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Account Management, Business Development, or IT Solution Sales.
- Experience working directly with executive-level customers.
- Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while working independently.
- Experience collaborating with remote teams using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, email, and chat applications.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Experience with vendor or partner management is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
