- Support sales team with day-to-day operations and client communication
- Identify new business opportunities and present product capabilities
- Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with product development projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Provide basic technical support and product information to customers
- Help ensure smooth product launches by aligning cross-functional teams
- Prepare materials and support logistics for meetings, inspections, and trade shows
- Experience in food industry (OEM, private label, or co-packing preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and eager to learn about the food manufacturing industry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Travel required (20%–70%)
- Participation in trade shows (2–3 times per year)
