What You’ll Do
As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead the company’s sales organization while driving both short-term revenue growth and long-term strategic initiatives.
You will oversee Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams while also leading digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives to modernize and expand the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales growth plans
- Lead, coach, and mentor Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams
- Grow existing customer accounts while developing new markets and channels
- Drive digital marketing, e-commerce, and web-based business initiatives
- Improve sales processes, KPIs, CRM usage, and operational efficiency
- Develop pricing strategies to improve profitability
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership on business strategy and execution
- Support business development projects, partnerships, and expansion initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of experience in:
- Metals
- Manufacturing
- Industrial products
- Materials distribution industries
- Proven leadership experience managing and growing sales organizations
- Experience developing business growth strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing and/or e-commerce initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Business-level Japanese language ability
- Experience in business development or launching new business initiatives
- Experience working in small to mid-sized company environments
