Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify, pursue, and secure new customer opportunities within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, venture technology, and OEM industries
- Build strong relationships with engineers, purchasing teams, management, and executive-level decision-makers
- Conduct customer presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations
- Understand customer challenges and coordinate internally to provide value-added solutions and customized proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through quotation, negotiation, and closing
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports, CRM updates, sales forecasts, pipeline management, and follow-up tracking
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities
- Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and business development events as needed
- Travel regularly to customer sites and maintain flexibility to support evolving business needs
- Work collaboratively with internal teams while operating effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
Required
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales and business development experience
- Strong experience in Manufacturing, Industrial materials, Chemical materials, Technical products, OEM sales environments, etc.
- Proven success in new business development and customer acquisition
- Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and reporting discipline with the ability to consistently manage daily sales reporting activities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work environment including daily reporting
- Comfortable with frequent travel and changing business priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university
- Experience selling chemical materials, industrial materials, coatings, adhesives, or related technical products
- Existing network within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or OEM manufacturing industries
- Experience working within startup-stage or rapidly growing organizations
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both engineering and business teams
- Base Salary ranage: $100-130K Bonus
