- Performance Evaluation & Development and Maintenance.
- Personnel Policy & Procedure writing & development.
- Job Description development.
- Assists with Volunteer Programs.
- Helps develop orientation curriculum.
- EEOC compliance and Reporting
- Emergency Activation Coordination for HR/Shelters/Logistics
- Conducts Specialized Recruiting using on line platforms
- Responds to surveys.
- Assists with Employee Relations matters.
- Completes other special projects as assigned.
- Creates complex reports using Tyler Reporting SSRS.
- Gain a strong knowledge and understanding of HR business processes and procedures.

Minimum Requirements
PHYSICAL SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively using verbal, written and visual communication.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Five (5) years of human resources experience, preferably in the public sector. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite products to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Tyler Munis preferred. SQL experience preferred.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS: Must possess a valid Florida driver's license.
