Responsibilities:
- Participates in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Creates sophisticated financial models to forecast future revenues, expenses, profitability, and the potential outcomes of business decisions.
- Analyzes manufacturing costs, including direct materials, direct labor, and overhead, to determine product costs and explain variances between standard costs and actual costs.
- Helps determine overhead and labor costs, helps maintain correct labor coding in the accounting system, and ensures accuracy of cost information.
- Prepares and analyzes reports on the cost of goods sold, gross margin, percentage of completion, and other relevant financial metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
- Three plus years experience.
- Public Accounting experience.
- Must have experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment highly preferred.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
