$35–$38/HR Equivalent | DAY SHIFT | MONDAY–FRIDAY

We're working with an established precision manufacturing company in the South Deerfield area looking to add someone with Mastercam programming experience to their team.

THE DETAILS

• $35–$38/hour equivalent (salaried position)
• Day Shift, Monday–Friday
• Established manufacturing company

WHAT YOU NEED

At least 1 year of experience programming with Mastercam.

That's our main requirement.

• CNC machining knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints
• Good work ethic
• Willingness to pitch in and help the team

No engineering degree required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Create and edit CNC programs using Mastercam
• Work with CNC mills, lathes, and grinding equipment
• Help troubleshoot machining and production issues
• Improve setups, tooling, and manufacturing processes
• Work alongside machinists and the production team
