Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, first shift (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) – with potential for overtime!
- Location: On-site only (no remote or hybrid options)
What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by helping patients with their needs efficiently, empathetically, and professionally.
- Use medical terminology to help patients understand their healthcare needs and navigate their options.
- Provide clear and effective communication over the phone, managing high call volumes with ease and courtesy.
- Handle data entry with accuracy to maintain updated patient records.
- Support multilingual patients
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with medical terminology – a background in a medical office is a plus!
- Proven success in customer service, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with data entry and computer systems; experience with call center software is a plus.
- Ability to assess patient needs, think critically, and provide the right solutions.
