Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00/hr. D.O.E.
Position Overview
A growing cosmetics manufacturing company is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Manufacturing Operations Assistant to support day-to-day plant operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced skin care production environment. You will play a key role in supporting operations leadership, coordinating tasks, and assisting across administrative, warehouse, and production functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support to leadership, assisting with various administrative and coordination tasks
- Run local errands, including picking up supplies or materials needed for plant operations
- Reviews batch records, specifications, and quality documentation.
- Experience supporting production, operations, or inventory control functions
- Hands-on exposure to batch manufacturing processes (filling, compounding, packaging, etc.)
- Support general administrative functions to ensure efficient and smooth workflow within the facility
- Assist warehouse and production teams with tasks as needed to maintain productivity and deadlines
- Maintain organization of documents, supplies, and operational processes
- Communicate effectively with team members across departments in both English and Spanish
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recent experience in an operations/administrative, or support role within a manufacturing AND cosmetics/skincare, production, or GMP-regulated environments.
- Experience with SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) and product tracking systems, Batch numbers / lot traceability for production and quality control, and Master Batch Records (MBRs) and how they guide production processes.
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Skincare, cosmetics, or related industry experience is required
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support various departments as needed
