Compensation: $19.50 – $25.00/hr. D.O.E.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates using estimating software such as Procore
- Assist in developing project budgets, timelines, and cost projections
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary project information and support estimate accuracy
- Monitor project costs and assist in ensuring adherence to established budgets
- Review contracts and project documents to identify potential financial risks and cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to support successful project execution
Qualifications
- Strong interest in or prior exposure to construction estimating or the construction industry
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with numbers, data, and cost analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with estimating software such as Procore or similar platforms
