As a Sales Territory Manager, you’ll spend your days meeting manufactured home dealers and communities across your territory — forging partnerships, generating loan applications, and driving growth. This is an individual contributor role (no team to manage, just you building your book of business).
This is a HIGH Commission opportunity
What You’ll Do
- Travel extensively (5 days/week) to connect with dealers and community managers
- Build long-term partnerships that fuel applications and sales
- Prospect, pitch, and close new opportunities
- Represent us at trade shows, events, and industry conferences
What You’ll Bring
- 2 years in sales (financial services, real estate, or similar a plus)
- Proven closer who loves meeting people face-to-face
- Self-motivated, resilient, and disciplined — road warrior mindset
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder
- Valid driver’s license
