Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our team in managing various project-related tasks. The Project Administrator will work with the Sales, Accessories & Customer Experience Business Unit leadership group supporting a variety of coordination, organizational, and administrative functions. Contract 4-6 months, Located in Fountain Valley, CA Offering $20-29/hr. DOE
Duties
- Manage and coordinate project schedules, including calendar management and appointment setting
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute project documentation and reports with accuracy
- Handle correspondence via multi-line phone systems, email, and other communication channels
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and physically
- Perform data entry tasks using computer literacy skills, including QuickBooks and bookkeeping as needed
- Assist with client and vendor communication, providing excellent customer service and support
- Support office management functions such as front desk duties, phone etiquette, and visitor reception
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Support personal assistant tasks including calendar management and appointment scheduling for executives
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- 1-3 years of applicable work experience
- 1-2 years project management (preferred)
- 1-2 years administrate support (preferred)
- Intermediate working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (required)
- ·Automotive industry experience a plus with background/knowledge of multiple processes (planning, engineering, development, quality, inventory, marketing)
