This is NOT a job for someone looking to stand around, move slow, complain about the heat, call off constantly, or ask for more money while putting in less effort.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who wants to work hard, move fast, and grow with a rapidly growing lawn care company.
COMMERCIAL MOWING EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED.
You need to know how to efficiently operate commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers. You should understand mowing patterns, clean stripes, proper trimming, and how to complete a route quickly without sacrificing quality.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a mowing crew and keep everyone moving
- Complete residential and commercial mowing routes efficiently
- Mow, trim, edge, and blow properties to our standards
- Drive a truck and trailer safely
- Load, unload, and secure equipment
- Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance
- Communicate directly with the owner
- Take responsibility when something goes wrong instead of making excuses
