We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscapers to support our landscaping operations. This role is essential in ensuring the timely and safe transport of tools, equipment, plants, and landscaping materials to job sites across the region.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles (including manual transmission trucks and trailers) to deliver landscaping materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Load and unload supplies such as mulch, soil, sod, plants, and hardscape materials, ensuring everything is securely fastened for safe transport.
• Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes, while being flexible to accommodate project changes or weather-related adjustments.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure safe and compliant operation.
• Communicate clearly with landscaping crews, clients, and office staff to coordinate drop-offs and pickups.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, fuel usage, and material receipts.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
• Assist on job sites when needed, including helping with moving materials, basic setup, or cleanup tasks.

Experience & Skills

• Prior experience as a Delivery Driver, preferably in landscaping, construction, or related fields.
• Comfortable driving larger vehicles, trailers, and operating loading equipment such as forklifts or skid steers is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple deliveries under tight timelines.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required; a CDL is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Summary: Lawn Maintenance
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Lawn Maintenance workers to join our dynamic landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting crew members, lawn care equipment, and materials to job sites while assisting with routine lawn maintenance services. This position requires strong driving skills, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks and trailers to and from residential and commercial properties
• Transport lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
• Safely load, secure, and unload all tools and materials
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
• Assist crew with lawn maintenance tasks including: mowing, edging, and trimming lawns, blowing off driveways, sidewalks, and parking areas, maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and equipment, ensure job sites are left clean and professional

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience driving trucks and trailers
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor daily
• Must be familiar with lawn care equipment
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills

Work Environment:

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Frequent travel between job sites
• Early mornings and overtime during busy seasons

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
