Position: Business System Analyst / POS / Retail / Mobile Payment

Location: Seattle, WA (100% Onsite)

Duration: 6-12 Months

Rate: $55-$60/Hr

Job Description / Qualifications:

• Senior Business System Analyst with over 5 years of experience supporting IT projects within
• an enterprise environment (1000 employees). Ability to work with multiple cross-functional
• teams in an agile environment.
• 2 projects working as a BA on a POS solution end to end. Must have experience working with
• gateways/processors. Payment experience is a must in order to understand the complexity of
• the environment.
• 2 projects (end to end) working with data integrations (APIs, files) - must demonstrate the
• ability to analyze cross-functional flows and understand functional flows in SaaS applications.
• Experience creating technical specifications and documentation for large, complex projects
• Strong understanding of retail systems, including POS, inventory management, and e-commerce
•  
• Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Knowledge of various project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation, Container Management, Application
• Performance Engineering, monitoring, alerting, AWS Services and Architecture
• Ability to determine estimates of effort and impacts for a variety of solutions and influence
• technical discussions and decisions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous tasks and to
• coordinate activities with a high sense of urgency
• Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills including collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation
