Job Description / Qualifications:
- Senior Business System Analyst with over 5 years of experience supporting IT projects within
- an enterprise environment (1000 employees). Ability to work with multiple cross-functional
- teams in an agile environment.
- 2 projects working as a BA on a POS solution end to end. Must have experience working with
- gateways/processors. Payment experience is a must in order to understand the complexity of
- the environment.
- 2 projects (end to end) working with data integrations (APIs, files) - must demonstrate the
- ability to analyze cross-functional flows and understand functional flows in SaaS applications.
- Experience creating technical specifications and documentation for large, complex projects
- Strong understanding of retail systems, including POS, inventory management, and e-commerce
- Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
- Knowledge of various project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation, Container Management, Application
- Performance Engineering, monitoring, alerting, AWS Services and Architecture
- Ability to determine estimates of effort and impacts for a variety of solutions and influence
- technical discussions and decisions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous tasks and to
- coordinate activities with a high sense of urgency
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills
