Responsibilities:
- Assist residents to/from the facility to medical appointments, promoting dignity and comfort throughout the journey
- Ensure resident safety while transporting residents on our facility vehicle, adhering to all safety protocols
- Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to care for residents with diverse needs, including those with mobility issues
- Provide care with resident care policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents
- Attend all mandatory in-services to stay up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge and best practices
- Comply with the Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance program when performing work functions, maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethics
