Northcrest Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable Full-Time Transportation Aide to join our team! This position is ideal for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who enjoys interacting with residents and providing safe, reliable transportation to medical appointments while assisting with resident care throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and scheduled outings.

• Assist residents with transfers, wheelchair transport, and entering/exiting the vehicle safely.

• Ensure residents arrive to appointments on time and return comfortably.

• Maintain transportation logs and required documentation.

• Keep the transportation vehicle clean, organized, and inspection-ready.

• Communicate appointment updates with nursing staff and families as needed.

• Provide CNA support on the floor when transportation duties are complete.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio CNA certification required.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
