We are actively seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Charlotte, NC area.

Specific Duties & Tasks:
- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
- Empathize & understand customer's urgent HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs.
- Sell and renew maintenance plans
- Respond to customer requests, resolve issues and promote the Parks brand.
- Make outbound calls to renew maintenance plans, schedule service and routine maintenance calls
- Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
- Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.
- Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Ability to make and receive a high volume of calls daily
- Develop a proven track record in customer service.
- IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal, written and listening skills.
- Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
- Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

- Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour plus performance-based bonuses
Experience level:
- 2 years call center.
Shift:
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends
Weekly day range:
- May not be a traditional M-F position.

- In-person
- Office located in Indian Trail, NC
- Work from home opportunities are able to be earned based on performance
