We are actively seeking a Dispatcher in the Charlotte, NC area.

Specific Duties & Tasks:

• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
• Coordinate and schedule technicians in the field
• Manage technician performance and KPI Accountability
• Respond to customer requests, resolve issues and promote the Parks brand.
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
• Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
• Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of dispatching for an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related industry
• At least 1 year of call-center-based customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Ability to work consistently and successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with Service Titan or Dispatch Pro is a plus
