We are seeking a proactive and dependable Parking Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple parking facilities. This role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth facility operations, uphold safety and compliance standards, and support frontline staff across variable shifts.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise parking attendants and facility staff across assigned locations
• Coordinate shift schedules, coverage, and on-site support for variable hours
• Monitor revenue collection, ticketing systems, and equipment functionality
• Conduct facility inspections and ensure cleanliness, safety, and signage compliance
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues professionally
• Train new staff and reinforce operational procedures and service standards
• Assist with variance reporting, incident documentation, and operational audits
• Communicate regularly with management on staffing, performance, and facility needs
Qualifications
• 2 years of supervisory experience in parking operations, hospitality, or facilities management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills across multiple sites
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) for scheduling, reporting, and communication
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience with parking technology platforms (e.g., TIBA, Amano, Parkonect)
• Familiarity with revenue variance analysis and operational documentation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
