We're Hiring: Armed Field Supervisor
Join our professional security team as an Armed Field Supervisor. We're looking for a reliable, experienced leader with a clean driving record and strong communication skills. This is a key role responsible for overseeing field operations and ensuring the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support security officers across multiple sites
- Conduct site inspections and ensure post orders are being followed
- Respond to incidents and provide guidance during emergencies
- Maintain accurate reports and communication with management
- Ensure officers are properly equipped and in compliance
Requirements:
- Valid Guard Card and Firearm Permit (Required)
- Clean driving record – no issues on record
- Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience
- Must be professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Open availability, including weekends and night shifts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be available at Different time of the day as needed.
