We’re hiring. Parker Marketing and Management is looking for a Part-Time Sales Closer to join our growing team. This is a commission-based sales role for someone who is energized by performance, confident on calls, and excited by the opportunity to earn uncapped income through high-ticket consultative sales.
You will be stepping into booked sales calls with warm leads who have already moved through our sales process. This is not a cold calling role. Your job is to lead the conversation, diagnose the prospect’s needs, present the right solution, and guide qualified leads toward a clear decision.
This role is ideal for someone who loves sales, thrives in live conversations, and wants to be rewarded directly for their ability to close.

What You’ll Do
- Take scheduled sales calls with qualified leads
- Lead each conversation with confidence, professionalism, and direction
- Build rapport while uncovering the prospect’s goals, challenges, and readiness
- Diagnose needs and determine overall fit
- Present offers clearly and position solutions effectively
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Guide prospects toward a clear yes or no decision
- Communicate call outcomes and next steps clearly
- Update the sales tracker with notes, decisions, and follow-up needs
- Collaborate with the Appointment Setter / Sales VA to support a strong sales pipeline
- Contribute feedback that helps improve messaging and conversions over time

Compensation
