Collaborates with other Technical Analysts, Senior Technical Analysts, and end users.
Essential Functions
- Provides analytical advice and direction for application and technology that impacts business operations; Understands how applications and technologies impact the business.
- Analyze and apply Enterprise data to make recommendations / modifications to streamline & simplify processes while reducing operating costs.
- Develops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions.
- Establishes and develops procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology.
- Develops and delivers training to support process changes and new technology introductions.
- Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations.
- Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as needed.
- Provide after-hour technical support as needed.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

- Business Systems (MSS, JDE, SAP or other related technology)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (or international equivalent)
- 2 years related IT experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrates ability to manage projects.
