About the Job
Analyst, IT is designed for early-career professionals seeking a fast growth trajectory. If you are eager to learn and an autonomous achiever, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in enterprise systems and business processes.
As part of our Business Applications team, you will gain hands-on experience with Monogram’s enterprise systems, focusing on our ERP platform—Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations—and the critical business functions it supports, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with business users and IT team members to ensure reliable application performance and process alignment.
- Resolve issues reported through our ticketing platform while maintaining high service standards.
- Identify and implement low-complexity enhancements to applications and business processes, building your knowledge of system capabilities and configurations.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating requirements into technical solutions aligned with organizational standards.
Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. You’ll work cross-functionally, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and develop a solid foundation for future growth within our IT organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage with business teams and external partners to support our ERP & ERP ISV applications, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Review application exceptions, analyze root causes, and assist in implementing resolutions to improve system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate on business processes to improve and integrate new or existing systems, ensuring alignment with business and IT goals.
- Follow established processes to gather and document business requirements, specifications, and training plans.
- Create and maintain documentation for application support activities, configurations, and process flows.
- Design and document test plans for system changes; perform unit testing and support end-user testing.
- Serve as a liaison between development teams and internal/external business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and solution delivery.
- Assist in developing system conversion and implementation plans for new functionality or enhancements.
- Support reporting and application development activities, including tracking progress, communicating milestones, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with business partners, IT team members, and management.
- Participation in completing project-related tasks with oversight.
- Work collaboratively or independently to deliver valuable solutions with oversight.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of business analysis or IT support roles.
- Minimum of 3 years of application or technical support and configuration experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of working with end users to define business requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years of ERP experience
- D365 Finance and Operations ERP experience is a plus.
- Exposure to project management principles is a plus.
- Working with applications and users remotely is a plus.
- Manufacturing and Finance experience is preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older.
