Position Overview
Park Street Homes is seeking a motivated and customer-driven Residential Sales Agent to represent our growing homebuilding company. We specialize in affordable homes, semi-custom homes, and fully custom builds, so the ideal candidate must be confident selling across multiple product types and price points.
In addition to sales responsibilities, this role will support our marketing efforts by helping generate content that highlights available inventory, upcoming homes, community features, promotions, and buyer opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being client-facing while also contributing creatively to brand growth and sales momentum.

Qualifications
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Active or Previous Real Estate License Holder
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in the real estate or homebuilding industry
- Strong follow-up and closing ability
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build positive client relationships and provide great customer service
- Proficient understanding of the housing market and the sales process within the real estate or home construction sectors
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, schedules, and transactions efficiently
- New home sales or homebuilder experience
- Custom home sales experience
- Familiarity with construction timelines and processes
- Comfortable working weekends and flexible hours based on client needs
- CRM experience (Buildertrend, Salesforce, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, etc.)
- Experience with social media marketing or content creation
- Knowledge of financing programs (FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, DPA programs)
