Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Dayton, TX, for a New Homes Sales Consultant. The role involves meeting with prospective buyers, showcasing model homes, and guiding clients through the homebuying process. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, assisting with contracts, collaborating with the construction team, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the journey of purchasing a new home. The Sales Consultant will also manage ongoing customer relationships and provide regular updates about the home-building process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in new home builder sales (REQUIRED)
- Proven ability to close using a multi-step sales process
- Strong skills in marketing, prospecting, and customer engagement
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with Excel, Word, and learning new software
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work weekends
