We are seeking dynamic, independent, and motivated New Home Sales Consultants to join our teams in Conroe, Dayton, West Columbia, and Bay City. What You’ll Do:
As a New Home Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of Kendall Homes, guiding clients through every step of the home-buying journey:
· Showcase model homes and highlight their features
· Build strong relationships with buyers and realtors
· Help buyers choose the perfect home site, floor plan, and upgrades
· Manage the sales process from initial visit through closing
· Perform community-specific marketing and prospecting
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of subdivisions, plans, and options
· Participate in sales meetings and complete assigned tasks
What We’re Looking For:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in new home builder sales
· Proven ability to close using a multi-step sales process
· Strong skills in marketing, prospecting, and customer engagement
· Tech-savvy: comfortable with Excel, Word, and learning new software
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work weekends
Schedule:
Full-time
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (including weekends)
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
