What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer position at Park Place Finance, LLC?
Description of Role: The essential role of this position is to assist the President of Park Place Finance.
This is done by:
- Act as a gatekeeper for the President and other Executive Staff, managing calendars and filtering emails to optimize the time of executives
- Manage projects for organizational growth and process improvement
- Perform general HR tasks and assist in building team culture
- Organize company expenses and work with the accounting department to ensure timely payments
- Coordinate hiring process and interview scheduling for the Executive Team
- Complete applications, and renewals for third party vendors and partner relationships
- Oversee clerical, administrative and all business details; Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and problem- solving skills
- Strict attention to detail with ability to prioritize issues appropriately
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to perform any and all responsibilities needed to ensure success
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite
- Experience with a project management software preferred (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, etc.)
Working Hours: This is a 40 hour per week position. Expected hours are 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.
