About the Role
Our client is looking for a Revenue Marketing Director to lead the charge. This is a rare opportunity to own marketing strategy end-to-end, reporting directly to the CEO, with the authority and resources to build a world-class demand generation engine from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Revenue & demand generation - Design and execute a scalable, multi-channel demand generation engine tied to growth targets and ROI attribution
- Brand & market positioning - Define messaging, lead thought leadership initiatives, and activate strategic partnerships
- Sales alignment - Partner with Sales to drive ABM programs, enablement, and campaigns that accelerate deal velocity
- AI-driven innovation - Lead adoption of AI-powered tools across content, campaigns, personalization, and analytics
- Strategic leadership - Serve as a key executive advisor, defining KPIs tied to pipeline and delivering actionable growth insights
Qualifications
- 10 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on revenue, demand generation, or growth
- Proven track record building and scaling programs that directly impact pipeline and revenue
- Experience partnering with CEOs or founders; strong executive presence
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, paid acquisition, content strategy, and multi-channel execution
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar tools
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments (strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and scalability
- Strong analytical mindset - attribution modeling, KPI development, dashboard creation
