Title: Senior Fund Accountant

Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for full-cycle fund accounting, reporting, capital activity, and financial reporting across multiple fund vehicles
- Manage monthly close, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare quarterly financial statements
- Partner closely with internal groups at the firm including Asset Management, Compliance, and Investor Relations
- Monitor cash activity, intercompany balances, and fund-level payables/receivables
- Review property-level financials and coordinate with Asset Management
- Identify process improvements and workflow automation opportunities
Requirements:
- CPA is a plus
- 3 years of relevant fund accounting experience in private equity, asset management, or real estate

- Our client is open to current Seniors or strong Staff / Associates ready to step up to Senior
