The Sales Administration Assistant plays a key role in supporting the growth and daily operations of the academy while ensuring a seamless experience for players and families.
Main Priorities:
- Deliver a high level of customer service and organization
- Be the first point of contact and first impression of the academy
- Build strong relationships with players, families, coaches, and staff
- Ensure smooth communication between families, coaches, and management
- Support player enrollment, retention, and academy growth
- Help create a professional, positive, and welcoming academy environment
๐ Responsibilities
Family & Player Relations
- Respond to inquiries regarding programs, camps, tryouts, and registrations
- Follow up with prospective families and academy leads
- Assist families throughout the enrollment and onboarding process
- Maintain strong and professional communication with academy families
Administrative Support
- Manage registrations, contracts, waivers, and player documentation
- Process invoices and track payments
- Maintain CRM systems and academy databases
- Organize schedules, meetings, and academy communications
- Prepare reports and administrative documents
Sales & Enrollment Support
- Support player recruitment and retention initiatives
- Assist with enrollment targets for teams, camps, and clinics
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and event registrations
- Follow up with trial players and prospective families
Soccer Operations Support
- Assist with logistics for training sessions, tournaments, and events
- Coordinate operational communication with families and staff
- Support coaches with roster management and attendance tracking
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day academy operations
