About the Role
Join PSG Academy USA for an unforgettable summer experience as a Camp Counselor at our elite residential soccer camp in Virginia from July 18th through August 02nd, 2026. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-performance, international environment while creating lasting memories for young athletes from around the world.
As a counselor, you will play a key role in supervising, engaging, and inspiring campers both on and off the field, ensuring a safe, fun, and structured experience throughout their stay.
- Supervise and mentor campers (ages 9–17) throughout daily activities and residential life
- Lead and animate fun off-field activities (team-building games, evening events, excursions)
- Ensure camper safety, well-being, and adherence to camp rules
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and energetic camp atmosphere
- Assist with daily logistics (check-in/out, transitions, dorm supervision)
- Act as a role model, fostering teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship
- Full room & board included (on-campus housing and meals)
- Work in a professional, international soccer environment
- Gain valuable experience in youth development, sports, and leadership
- Be part of the official Paris Saint-Germain Academy methodology
- Build lifelong friendships and professional connections
- Energetic, positive, and passionate about working with youth
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in camps, coaching, education, or youth programs preferred
- Background in soccer is a plus ⚽

- Available for the full 2-week residential period
