About Us

We are a growing, high-mix CNC and fabrication shop serving major manufacturers across Virginia and beyond. Our work ranges from:

• Custom one-off repair components
• Reverse-engineered OEM replacements
• Large shafts, pins, bushings, and precision components
• Tight-tolerance CNC work
• Emergency breakdown parts for industrial plants

No two weeks look the same here.

We are constantly working on new, challenging parts that require real machining knowledge — not just loading a program and pushing cycle start.

What We’re Looking For

We are hiring a true machinist — someone who can:

• Read and interpret complex blueprints
• Set up and run CNC mills and lathes independently
• Program at the machine (or strong editing skills)
• Run manual mills and lathes confidently
• Hold tight tolerances
• Work through setups and problem-solve without constant supervision
• Understand tooling, speeds/feeds, and material behavior

You should be comfortable going from raw material to finished part.

We are not hiring entry-level operators.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
