We’re seeking an organized, personable, and design-minded Parfum Consultant to work directly with clients before their events — helping them envision, plan, and finalize every detail of their Parfum Haus experience.
Position Summary
The Parfum Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry through event preparation. This role ensures every client’s scent bar, packaging, and presentation align perfectly with their vision. You’ll coordinate design preferences, confirm logistics, communicate with vendors, and ensure all materials are ready ahead of the event.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-event consultations with clients (via phone, email, or video) to understand their vision, theme, and guest experience goals.
- Create or review event briefs, ensuring accurate details for scent selections, bottle quantities, custom labels, and décor elements.
- Coordinate internally with the Parfum Haus production and event teams to ensure all materials, packaging, and inventory are ready on schedule.
- Communicate event timelines, setup requirements, and fragrance selections to the Event Lead and on-site staff.
- Provide luxury-level client support through follow-ups, design confirmations, and status updates.
- Maintain accurate records of consultations, invoices, and design approvals in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and strengthen Parfum Haus’s premium reputation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in event planning, client relations, hospitality, or luxury brand coordination preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Professional presence and attention to aesthetic detail.
- Comfortable using online scheduling tools, forms, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain composure under deadlines.
- Reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits or client meetings.
Availability & Schedule
- Flexible, project-based schedule (may include evenings/weekends for consultations).
- Remote work with occasional in-person client meetings or site walkthroughs.
