About the Role
Join our growing home care agency as an HR Coordinator supporting recruitment, onboarding, and compliance for Home Health Aides (HHAs). Ideal for someone friendly, organized, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit & onboard HHAs (application through orientation)
Ensure completion of all hiring paperwork and documentation
Conduct new hire orientations and explain company policies
Verify certifications, background checks, exclusions & references
Maintain compliance with DOH requirements and employee files
Provide HR administrative support to the HR Director
Requirements
- 1 year home care experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Professional, reliable, and able to multitask
