Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish), highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service experience
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Handle high call volumes while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
