Mechanical Project Manager Requirements:
- 4 Years of Industrial/Commercial Mechanical Construction, Piping Projects OR Previous Project Management, Mechanical Estimating, Field Supervisor, or Superintendent Experience required
- Estimating Experience / Ability to Perform Take Offs required
- Commercial/Industrial Process Piping, HVAC, and Mechanical Installation Experience/Knowledge preferred
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating subcontractors preferred

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:
- This role involves managing industrial and commercial mechanical construction projects from estimation to completion
- Duties include performing takeoffs, preparing cost estimates, and overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Review plans, specifications, and site conditions to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects
- Follow up with customer on project execution and ensuring quality service
