Customer Facing Operational Leadership: Served as the primary operational contact for key customers, hosting audits, resolving escalations, and maintaining strong client relationships. Process Improvement & Change Leadership: Led successful process improvement initiatives or system implementations that resulted in measurable gains in efficiency, cost reduction, or service quality. KPI Ownership and Data-Driven Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, cost per order, and safety metrics. Technology Mastery: Significant experience and comfort working with multiple software platforms and technology to advance operational efficiency. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE OR EXPOSURE: Thinking about the customer perspective first in all business matters and balancing the interests of multiple internal and external parties. Coordinating warehouse and fleet activities with the activities of sales, planning, and freight through frequent and proactive professional communication to ensure accurate on-time delivery. Promoting a team culture of positivity through consistent meetings, personal connection, open sharing of ideas and suggestions, empathy, humility, enthusiasm, accountability, and follow-through. Managing multiple software platforms and procedures is essential to daily business operations and ensuring employees are trained to perform transactions confidently and accurately.
