The IT Support Professional will have a solid understanding of computers and technology, with the ability to perform basic IT tasks. Their purpose is to continue learning the business and gain the knowledge and experience necessary to work within the framework of Parallel Ag and its IT Department.  This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the field of Information Technology.

Essential Functions:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Responsibilities and duties of the IT Support Professional will include the following:

• Provide technical support to end-users remotely and on site for various hardware and software issues
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, and other IT equipment
• Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace administration
• Respond to IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on IT-related topics
• Work with integrity, uphold the company’s values

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in IT is a plus
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and basic networking concepts
• Familiarity with Google Workspace administration
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Prior experience in IT support is a plus but not required

Position Type:
This is a full-time position.  Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  Early morning, evening, weekend, and work on holidays may be required as job duties demand.

Salary : $36,000 - $50,000
