NIGHT AUDITOR

Summary of Job Duties:

Audit the daily transactions conducted through the Hotel Front Desk as well as assists Guest with registration and checking-out of the hotel.

Specific and Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Audit and reconcile the daily transaction conducted through the Hotel Front Desk.
• Registers guests and assign rooms
• Provides guest services such as ticketing, local information, hotel information, rendering bills and receiving cash and credit payments.
• Resolve complaints and coordinates activities between departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure hotel filing is properly maintained.
• Duties of a Front Desk Guest Service Representative.

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months previous Hotel Operations experience preferred.

Machinery or Work Equipment Used:

• Multi-line telephone, fax machine, personal computer, printer, copier, paper shredder and scanner.
