Job Details
- Salary: From $17 to $30 an hour
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Woodside, NY 11377
Responsibilities
- Enter and review financial data, including posting invoices, vouchers, and payment requests
- Resolve account-related issues accurately and promptly
- Balance statements and finalize accounting records
- Process accounts payable invoices and payment requests; issue reimbursement checks
- Match checks to invoices and payment requests after each check run cycle
- Enter invoices, post and reconcile batches, and investigate payables with vendors
- Prepare accounts for payment and verify system data
- Maintain organized filing and documentation systems
- Perform cashier duties as assigned
- Provide back-up receptionist support during breaks
- Break down and cost deals accurately
- Handle daily deposits and post accounts payable and receivables
- Bill out deals, swaps, and wholesales
Working Hours
This is a full-time position with regular weekday hours; specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in dealership accounting or bookkeeping preferred

Strong ability to accurately balance large volumes of accounts

Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Quick learner, adaptable to change, and able to thrive in a demanding environment

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
