Job Details
- Salary: $80,000 to $165,000 per year
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Woodside, NY 11377
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their vehicle service needs in a professional and engaging manner.
- Communicate clearly to understand customer concerns and provide accurate service recommendations.
- Prepare and process detailed repair orders timely and accurately.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective follow-up and communication.
- Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to meeting and exceeding service department goals.

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a high-volume dealership is preferred but not required.
