About Paraform. Paraform powers the next generation of recruiting firms — helping top recruiters build six- and seven-figure businesses and hire for companies like Rippling, Decagon, and Hightouch. We treat recruiters like entrepreneurs, not vendors, and we build the infrastructure that powers their success.
The Role: This is the operational and sourcing engine behind our most critical hires. You'll carry pipelines across engineering, product, design, business operations, and GTM — finding the people who'll thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, then making sure every step after that runs clean.
This is also a unique seat with outsized product impact: you'll be the primary user of the Paraform platform itself. We've scaled to 120 headcount by dogfooding Paraform, leveraging specialized recruiter networks to source elite talent — and you'll be right in the middle of that loop, working directly with our co-founders, leadership, and our engineering and product teams to shape the platform based on what you actually need day to day.
You'll also be highly visible — often the first team member candidates interact with, which makes you a direct extension of our brand. We're looking for someone who gets our culture, cares about strong organization, and wants to help us hit ambitious recruiting goals.

What You'll Do
- Source across the board. Go deep on engineering, product, design, business operations, GTM, and more — building pipelines for critical roles.
- Write outreach that gets replies. Create messaging sharp enough to move passive candidates who weren't looking.
- Own the machinery. Run interview scheduling and coordination so nothing slips and no candidate is left wondering what's next.
- Keep the data clean. Maintain accurate, current pipelines in Ashby and Paraform.
- Build with AI. Experiment with AI-driven workflows that make sourcing and operations faster for the whole team.
- 2 years in talent sourcing and/or recruiting operations, with a real track record on hard-to-fill roles across multiple functions.
- Sourcing chops. Fluent with sourcing tools and platforms.
- Sharp written communication — your outreach is the kind people actually respond to.
- Comfortability with fragmented systems and the ability to build scalable processes.
- Thrives in ambiguity. Priorities shift fast here, and you can ruthlessly prioritize and work autonomously.
- Own real pipelines. Your sourcing work directly shapes who joins the company.
- Shape the product you use. As Paraform's own primary user, your feedback goes straight to the people building it.
- Work on both sides of hiring. Prospect top talent and build the operations that support acquisition.
