Technical Sourcer

Location: San Francisco, CA 94111
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Technical Sourcer to join our team on a temporary, onsite basis. In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with our internal Talent Acquisition team and executive stakeholders to identify, engage, and build talent pipelines for our GTM and technical divisions. Your expertise in creative sourcing strategies and passive candidate discovery will directly influence our growth trajectory and talent competitiveness. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the top-of-funnel pipeline by proactively sourcing, engaging, and screening candidates across multiple requisitions, aligning closely with hiring teams.
• Develop and execute innovative, outside-the-box sourcing strategies to uncover passive talent beyond standard platform searches.
• Optimize ATS utilization by mining our Lever database to surface high-potential passive candidates.
• Partner strategically with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to streamline recruiting workflows, track key metrics, and improve candidate conversion.
• Provide valuable market insights, talent landscape analysis, and recommendations to continuously strengthen our talent pipeline.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, crafting compelling outreach messages that communicate our mission, culture, and growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven talent sourcing or recruiting experience, with a focus on technical or GTM roles.
• Strong expertise in creative sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and candidate engagement.
• Experience in developing sourcing strategies for early-to-mid stage companies and scaling talent pipelines.
• Solid understanding of GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Tech Support) and foundational technical skills (Data Analysis, SQL, Python).
• Proven ability to handle high-volume outreach and manage an active phone screening cadence (20 candidates per week).
• Familiarity with ATS systems, particularly Lever, for candidate database management and outreach.
• Ability to communicate effectively, tell compelling stories about the brand, and act as a brand ambassador.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience sourcing for Product & Engineering roles.
• Startup experience, with a strong ability to pitch and sell a growing organization.
• R&D sourcing experience is a plus.
