What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Route Tech position at Paradise Pools of Naples?
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented route technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining pool chemistry, vacuuming, and brushing the pool as well as cleaning the system's filter cartridges. This position is paid per pool on the maintenance route. Cleaners who do not take their time diligently cleaning their pools will lose their accounts and are not applicable for this position.
Qualifications
- Clean Driving Record
- Previous experience in pool cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direct instruction
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player for your colleagues
- Time management skills and efficiency completing tasks
Disclosure
This is a physically intensive job; applicants must be able to lift 40lbs and can work outside year-round in the Florida temperatures and humidity.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
