- Assist with ordering plant material, hard goods, and job-related materials
- Track and maintain inventory levels of hard goods and supplies
- Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Enter job costing information accurately into company systems (Aspire)
- Assist in tracking materials and costs associated with jobs
- Verify materials received and report any discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of orders, inventory, and job cost data
- Support coordination between field teams and the office
- Assist with general operational tasks as needed
- Accurate and timely ordering of materials
- Organized and up-to-date inventory tracking
- Complete and accurate job costing data entry
- Strong communication with operations team and vendors
- High attention to detail with minimal errors
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
