Paradise Landscaping is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our office and support both our team and our clients at a high level.
This is a key position within our company. The right candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, strong communication, and an exceptional client experience.
We are a high-end landscape management and installation company known for white-glove service, and we are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and helps drive the business forward.

- Salary: $52,000 annually

Role Overview
The Office Manager is responsible for keeping the office running efficiently while supporting financial processes, team coordination, and client communication.
This role requires someone who is:

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows
- Manage invoicing, receivables, and collections follow-up
- Assist with payroll processing and job costing
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records
- Support scheduling coordination and internal communication
- Manage inventory and office systems
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improved processes
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and high-performing office environment

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of office management or similar experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Proven problem-solving ability

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and insurable record

Preferred
- Experience in the landscape, construction, or service industry
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience with CRM or operational systems (Aspire a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
