Paradise Landscaping is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our office and support both our team and our clients at a high level.
This is a key position within our company. The right candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, strong communication, and an exceptional client experience.
We are a high-end landscape management and installation company known for white-glove service, and we are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and helps drive the business forward.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $52,000 annually

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)

Role Overview
The Office Manager is responsible for keeping the office running efficiently while supporting financial processes, team coordination, and client communication.
This role requires someone who is:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions

  • Strong in communication with both clients and team members

  • Able to identify problems and implement solutions

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows

  • Manage invoicing, receivables, and collections follow-up

  • Assist with payroll processing and job costing

  • Maintain accurate financial and operational records

  • Support scheduling coordination and internal communication

  • Manage inventory and office systems

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improved processes

  • Help maintain a professional, organized, and high-performing office environment

Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of office management or similar experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership

  • Proven problem-solving ability

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license and insurable record

Preferred
  • Experience in the landscape, construction, or service industry

  • Bookkeeping or accounting experience

  • Experience with CRM or operational systems (Aspire a plus)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
